Welcome to Harmony in Worship Contemporary Choir
Join us in fun and song with our conductor & director, Colleen Bleazard. Five workshops will be used to work toward a performance which includes various styles of music.
Everyone is welcome, but children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. We recommend that young children do not attend if they are unable to conform to the structure of the sessions.

CURRENT WORKSHOP REGISTRATION
Visit our shop by clicking here or on the “Cart” link above to pre-register for the Autumn 2012 Workshop Package! Registration fee covers costs, including a personal copy of rehearsal materials and two tickets to the final concert.
Fees start at $70 (if registered by Dec. 18), $80 (if registered by Jan. 29), or $90 up to the week before Feb. 13. Inquire with Colleen if you prefer to pay by bank transfer.
What to Expect...
After registration, the sessions will start with vocal exercises to warm
up and strengthen the voice. This is a good way to get to know your voice
and to relax anyone feeling a bit nervous. After this, you will separate
into your one-of-three allocated vocal parts; then the fun will begin with
learning our new repertoire. There will be a 15 minute break in the middle
and you will be given lyrics and a rehearsal CD to take home. Those of
you who can wish to have score will be given one on request.
The Performance
This is a fun, light entertainment event for our family and friends to come and watch what we've been working hard on. There will be a variety of songs from the choir with a few solo items. Details of the performance can be discussed in the workshops.
Solos
We will be looking for those who have the confidence to sing solo items with choir backing. Auditions will be held on Saturday, 18 February, 10am - 12noon in our VocalTuition Studio. Details will be provided at the first workshop.

*If a student wishes to cancel, notice must be given via phone, followed by an e-mail, by 5pm, three days prior to the first Monday rehearsal. Refunds may not be given if reception of cancellation has not been confirmed by the student before that weekend.
